The above picture is show the process of Customized Metal Medal.
The first step is making mold.
Secone is Stamping or Die casting. (It's up to the Metal Medal's material. Stamping is for iron, brass and aluminum, die casting is for zinc alloy)
Third is Drilling for the Metal Medal.
Fourth is Polishing, to make the Metal Medal looks more polishing and beauty.
Fifth is Painting. When the Metal Medal with color in it, need this step. This is 100% hand make.
Sixth is Oven, to make sure the soft enamel, synthetic enamel or unpolished soft enamel better looks better in the Metal Medal. To let them existing good in the Medal.
Seventh is Inspection, is step is the most important one, for our each items, all need to inspect before packing and shipment.
Finally is Packing. The packing methods is up to your own minds. Our standard packing is each Metal Medal packed into a polybag with Customized Medal Ribbon.
